Indications

INOVOSENSE MESOCell Plus is an injectable biodegradable compound that increases the ability of skin fibroblasts to synthesize collagen and elastin, improving skin well-being. It also has tissue reconstruction, brightening, and anti-inflammatory properties.

INOVOSENSE MESOCell Plus enhances skin firmness and elasticity, reduces wrinkles, and brightens for:

• Face
• Neck
• Décolletage
• Back of hands

Complication Management

Apply an ice pack to minimize bruising and swelling post-injection. For the first few days, avoid pressure, massage, or sleeping on the injection site. For the first 24 hours, do not expose your face to hot water. Avoid applying makeup for 12 hours post-injection, as well as, avoid direct sunlight, UV exposure, saunas, solariums for two weeks.

Who is not a suitable candidate for MESOCell Plus injections?

• Patients with a history of un-absorbable filler or recent other filler treatment.
• ­Patients taking NSAIDs, antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants, and immunosuppressants.
• Patients with autoimmune diseases, granulomatous pathology related to sarcoidosis, Osler’s endocarditis.
• Use caution in patients with a history of allergies to fish-derived products.
• ­Do not use in patients with known sensitivity to lidocaine.
• ­Do not inject into skin areas presenting active inflammation or infection.
• ­This product is not recommended for patients with epilepsy or malignant tumors.
• ­Patients who are at risk of developing hypertrophic.
• pregnant or breastfeeding women and minors under 18 ages.

Composition

• Polydeoxyribonucleotide: 40 mg
• Lidocaine hydrochloride: 0.15 %
• Phosphate Buffer pH 7 q.s.: 2 ml

Contraindications

• Patients with a history of treatment with non-absorbable filler.
• Patients taking NSAIDs, antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants, and immunosuppressants.

Precautions

• Patient must avoid applying makeup for at least 12 hours post-injection, as well as avoid sun exposure, UV rays, cold and heat (e.g., sauna, steam room) for two weeks.
• This product should only be prescribed and administered by a trained physician using appropriate techniques.
• Patients with a history of herpetic rashes may experience recurrent herpetic dermatitis following injection.
• Safety and efficacy have not been established for patients with a sensitivity to keloid formation, hyperpigmentation, or hypertrophic scarring.
• Avoid intravenous injection to prevent infarction (tissue necrosis)

Warnings

• Do not use if the packaging is opened or damaged.
• The product is for single use only; do not re-sterilize or reuse.

• Store between 2-25˚C. Protect from light and freezing.
